REGISTER WITH THE PRACTICE?

To register, please bring your NHS medical card, proof of residence and identification to reception. If you have lost your medical card please inform our reception staff.

If you have recently arrived in this country please bring with you your passport and evidence of UK residence, eg gas/electricity bill.

Consultations are by appointment. Appointments can be made in person, over the phone or online. For routine appointments you may choose to see any doctor.
